Our workshop is set up to take your project from drawing to finished part. We handle everything from a single prototype bracket to repeat production batches, and we coordinate external finishing so you deal with one supplier. Below is what we do in-house, what we do through trusted partners, and how to send us your job.
We accept a range of drawing formats so you can send us what you have. If you have a proper CAD drawing, great. If you only have a PDF sketch or a rough hand-drawn photo, send that too — we'll redraw it and confirm dimensions with you before we cut anything.
The standard format for laser cutting. Clean 2D geometry ready to nest and cut.
AutoCAD drawings. We read and work from native DWG files.
3D solid models. We develop flat patterns and bending programs from your STEP files.
No CAD? Send a clear PDF sketch or photo. We'll redraw and confirm before cutting.
We stock and work with the most common fabrication materials, and we can source specialist grades on request. We check material certs against your order before we cut, so you know the material going into your part is what you specified.
Our workshop is equipped to handle the core fabrication processes in-house, so you don't have to coordinate multiple suppliers for a single part.
Precision cutting of mild steel, stainless and aluminium sheet and plate.

Some finishing processes are best done by specialists. We coordinate these through trusted trade partners we have worked with for years, so you still deal with one supplier and one invoice.
