Custom brackets and components are the bread and butter of fabrication. We laser cut and CNC bend mounting brackets, support plates, cleats, gussets and custom machine components in mild steel, stainless and aluminium — from one-off prototypes to repeat production batches.
Good bracket fabrication is about accuracy. Holes have to line up, bend positions have to be right, and dimensions have to match the drawing. We run first-off samples, measure against the drawing, and hold tight tolerances on repeat runs. That means your brackets bolt together with other components without rework.

Most brackets start as a flat sheet. We laser cut the profile to your DXF, then bend on the CNC press brake to form the bracket shape. Holes are laser-cut in the flat pattern, positioned to ±0.2mm. Tabs and gussets are MIG welded where needed. The result is a bracket that's dimensionally identical from part 1 to part 50.
For one-off prototypes, we'll work from your sketch and confirm dimensions before cutting. For production batches, we run a first-off sample, measure it against the drawing, and get your approval before we run the full batch. That way there are no surprises when 50 parts arrive.
We make brackets in mild steel (for powder coating or painting), stainless steel (for corrosion resistance or washdown environments), and aluminium (for lightweight applications). Finishes include black primer, powder coat in any standard colour, brushed stainless, or bare galvanised.
