Structural steel is the backbone of construction and industrial projects. We fabricate steel frames, support brackets, base plates, stair components and platform structures to your engineering drawings, then deliver them marked, punched and ready for erection. Whether it's a small support frame for a fit-out or a larger structure for an industrial plant, we handle the cutting, welding and preparation in-house.
Good structural fabrication starts with accurate dimensions and clean welds. A frame that's out of square by a few millimetres on the floor won't fit on site. A bracket with a poor weld will fail under load. We check dimensions on every component, weld to the required standard, and mark parts clearly so your erector can put them together without guesswork.
Portal frames, equipment frames, support structures and building frames.
Welded base plates, column bases, beam cleats and connection plates.
Stair stringers, tread frames, landing platforms and stair brackets.
Mezzanine platforms, access platforms, equipment supports and pipe racks.
Send us your structural drawings (DWG or PDF). We review the fabrication details, check fit-up and weld positions, and flag anything that's hard to fabricate on the floor. We then cut, bend, weld and drill the components, mark them with part numbers, and deliver them tagged and ready for your crew to erect.
We work from mill-certified steel and check material certs against the drawing before we cut. Welds are done to suit the application — structural, functional or dressed for appearance. Holes and fixing points are positioned to match your connection details, so on-site drilling is minimised.
We work to the relevant Australian Standards for structural steel fabrication. If your project needs third-party inspection or NDT (non-destructive testing), we can coordinate that through our partners.
Marked for erectors: every component is marked with its part number, and we provide a delivery list that matches your erection drawings. No guessing which bracket goes where.
